KARZZZZ music has been on the stands for close to 50 days and as expected, the response has been fantabulous. Each of the nine songs from this album has managed to cast a spell amongst those who had been waiting for actor/composer/singer Himesh Reshammiya to make a comeback after AAP KAA SURROOR - THE MOVIEE which had released last year.
Now that the album seems to be en route to reaching further heights, did Himesh have any nervous pangs before picking up a project which is expected to match the scale of Subhash Ghai's KARZ?
"Of course one has to work extra hard on a project like this since comparisons are inevitable. I knew that I couldn't afford to go wrong with the music of KARZZZZ. This is what I stopped picking any other assignment, whether as a composer or a singer, in the year gone by. I was focused on KARZZZZ all the way and by the grace of God, the response has been quite good ever since the promos came on air", says Himesh who would be returning to the silver screen this month.
Talking about the film's director Satish Kaushik, Himesh says that he had a thrilling experience while working with him on the project. "Satish Kaushik has a knack of coming up with very good remakes. His track record over the last few years proved that. He has handled KARZZZZ quite interestingly".
Coming back to the songs from the film, the way they are being promoted is quite aggressive. To be released this Friday, the film is now just days away from hitting the silver screen. In the interim, T-Series, the makers of the film, are continuing to keep the momentum up for KARZZZZ which is touted to be one of the most talked about films in the current season.
