Kaddipudi in 200 Screens

The first film with the combination of Shivarajkumar and Suri, Kaddipudi, is releasing this Friday. Producer Chandru has already finalised 150 theatres including Santosh on Kempe Gowda Road for the release. Suri says the total number of theatres will be anywhere between 150 and 200. Chandru, says more theatres are in talks and will be added to the list in the next two days.
According to industry sources, the film, made at a budget of Rs 6.5 crore is a sure-shot success. The satellite rights are said to have been snapped up for Rs 3 crore already. The film could be in the profit zone after the first week itself. The audio of the film has also created a craze. It has been released under music composer Harikrishna's new audio company.
