SAITHAN-FIRST DAY CHENNAI BOX OFFICE COLLECTION

Vijay Antony's Saithan, which released yesterday (1st December) has opened up well with a positive word of mouth from the audience. Nada cyclone and demonetization issues have not majorly affected the film's box office collections.   According to the analysis made by Behindwoods Chennai box office wing, Saithan has collected 38.25 lakhs on its first day, which happens to be a very good number. The film also has the advantage of performing much better, as there are still three more days for this week to end. Looks like the 4-day opening will work in favor of the movie. Vijay Antony's Pichaikaran turned out to be one of the most successful films of this year, and now, Saithan has outperformed Pichaikaran in terms of the first-day box office collections. Wait until 5th December (Monday) to know the opening weekend collection of this Vijay Antony starrer.
